14-Day Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return any unused, unopened item in original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
Email support@noirrouge.store with your order number. We will send return authorisation and shipping instructions. Package securely in plain packaging. Drop off at your nearest post office.
Refunds
Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Hygiene Policy
We cannot accept returns on opened or used intimate items including nipple clamps, body chains, cuffs, and any item in direct contact with skin.
