We offer free tracked delivery worldwide. There is no minimum order amount and no shipping charge at checkout.
Orders are prepared within 1-3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 7-15 working days after dispatch. International delivery usually takes approximately 7-20 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays or local carrier delays.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons certain items cannot be returned.
Email noirrouge@noirrouge.store with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved the refund goes to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time.
Email us with your order number and the size or colour you would like instead. We will reserve the replacement and ship it once we receive your return.
Each product page includes size guidance. Sizes S, M, L across most styles with some available up to 2XL. Between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Use a mesh laundry bag for lace-trimmed styles. Do not bleach. Line dry or tumble dry low. Cool iron on reverse if needed.
Our sleepwear is made from soft woven satin (polyester). Each fabric is chosen for how it feels against skin. Exact composition is listed under the Fabric and Care section on each product page.
