How to Request a Return
Email noirrouge@noirrouge.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or full refund including return shipping.
