Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please email noirrouge@noirrouge.store with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once an order is being prepared.

Orders are prepared within 1-3 working days. UK delivery usually takes 7-12 days after dispatch. International delivery usually takes approximately 7-20 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays or local carrier delays.
Yes. We ship internationally with tracked delivery. Orders are prepared within 1–3 working days and dispatched from our fulfilment location with full tracking provided after dispatch.
For destinations outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons certain items cannot be returned.
Email noirrouge@noirrouge.store with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Once approved the refund goes to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time.

Each product page includes size guidance. Sizes S, M, L across most styles with some available up to 2XL. Between sizes we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Use a mesh laundry bag for lace-trimmed styles. Do not bleach. Line dry or tumble dry low. Cool iron on reverse if needed.
